How to Order
Log into our website by clicking the link on the top right of the site.
If you are a returning customer, just sign in as usual using your email address and password.
For new customer please key in your details under new customer.
Start shopping for Matis Skin Care products, key in the amount of the products you want and click "ADD TO CART" to add item on to your shopping cart.
Click "CHECKOUT" when you decide to pay for the item. Before you confirm your payment, you can always go back to any link or products and continue shopping.
Add on any comment in the "Order Note" box if you would like to leave a message or request to us regarding your order.
At the checkout, you should see your total order amount and summary. You may key in any discount code if you have.
Complete your contact email and Shipping Information. Change the address if its not the address of destination.
Proceed to the steps for Shipping Method and Payment Method.
Shipping Within Malaysia
We charge a fixed rate of RM8.00 shipping fee within West Malaysia for purchases below RM300.
Enjoy Free Shipping if your purchase is over RM300 for West Malaysia.
* All our local deliveries are done by local courier company, delivery will take 3-5 business days.

2. Select Check/money order if you intend to pay via a cheque to our company. Please fax or email us a copy of your bank in slip. The bank in slip is a proof of purchase. Emailing us time and bank in information is insufficient and we cannot get back to you immediately. Please note!
Confirm your order once you selected your payment method. If you select payment via ipay88, you should received a confirmation of payment by email.

Once the order is made, it is strictly non refundable.
We try our best to ensure you received your goods in good conditions. We do provide exchange should our products do not fit the product description. Kindly note, each batch of skin care might vary in colour due to our natural formulations, this does not mean the product is inferior.
Customers are responsible for returning the products to us, we will provide a credit for the returned product delivery charges and send a new product at our cost.
Please report any discrepancies or faulty products to us within 7 days from purchase, any claims beyond that will be ignored.
NOTE: If you order before 12pm (working day) the package will be shipped on the same day. If you order after 12pm it will leave the next day (or next business day).
